Emma Buckland was appointed Global President of CBRE’s Property Management business lines, overseeing the management of more than 2.7 billion square feet of commercial property, effective January 1, 2020. She previously served as Managing Director of Property Management for the United Kingdom at CBRE, with responsibility for an 850-person team providing market-leading property and asset management services across 5,000+ properties in the UK. In addition, she was a member of the UK Executive Committee and the CBRE UK Management Board. She was also Executive Sponsor of CBRE’s Future Leaders program.
Emma joined CBRE in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer of the UK Property Management team responsible for the operational delivery of all services across the country. Emma brings a broad range of experience to her role, having joined CBRE from FICO, a US-listed leader in predictive analytics and decision management software, where she held the position of EMEA Operations Director. In this role, she was responsible for operations across 25 countries with revenues of $170 million. Prior to this, Emma spent three years at Goldman Sachs in London and Paris leading a client-facing team in the Securities Division.

Prior to Industrious, Jamie was CEO of Kepler, a hedge fund analyst at Birch Run Capital, a corporate lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell, and a reporter for the Times of India. As Head of Asset Management, Aaron Russell oversees all aspects of asset performance for the Firm and its management team, including strategic planning, annual budgeting and reforecasts, management of third-party property management, and leasing, dispositions, refinances, and portfolio manager communications. He is a member of the Underwriting committee. Prior to joining Lionstone in 2014, Mr. Russell was director of asset management at CSM Corporation in Minnesota and a senior asset manager at Principal Real Estate Investors. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Central College and an MBA from the University of Iowa.
Kent Tarrach is the U.S. Office Sector Head for PGIM Real Estate and leads asset management for the Organization’s commercial office portfolio across the United States. In this role, he oversees the team responsible for managing relationships with PGIM’s operating partners and guiding various leasing, operations, and redevelopment/repositioning initiatives for the office assets held within all of the Company’s real estate investment funds. Kent additionally chairs PGIM Real Estate’s Office Technology and Innovation Council.

He also co-founded Cabify, the largest ridesharing service in Latin America, and has been an active investor, leading more than 60 angel investments including Bonobos, Dollar Shave Club, Lyft, SpaceX, Clutter, and Philz Coffee.
Brendan started his career at Goldman Sachs in the real estate, hospitality, and gaming group before joining The Blackstone Group’s real estate private equity practice.

Jacqueline Denning is a Managing Director in the Real Estate Equity Strategies Group at MetLife Investment Management (MIM). In her current role, Jacqueline serves as Portfolio Manager covering non-discretionary managed accounts. Prior to this role, Jacqueline was Head of the Los Angeles Regional Office, leading a 24- person team focused on equity and debt investment and asset management for the Los Angeles region, which includes Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Hawaii. Jacqueline was responsible for an $8.1 billion debt and $4.7 billion equity portfolio.
Justin Sperling is a vice president in Real Estate within the Asset & Wealth Management division of Goldman Sachs where he is focused on the asset management and disposition of commercial real estate equity investments. Prior to joining the firm, Justin was an associate at the Related Companies where he held investment and capital raising responsibilities. He began his career at Duff & Phelps and has worked in real estate and capital markets roles at PIMCO, CWCapital, Koss Real Estate Investments, and Rosehill Investors. Justin earned a BA in American Studies from University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA with dual concentrations in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Sara is responsible for development and execution of CCP’s leasing strategy as well as curation of their differentiated tenant experience. In this role, she works closely with onsite leasing and property management teams, but also security, engineering, janitorial and all client facing professionals on the delivery of high-touch service at every customer interaction. Through direct collaboration with CCP’s tenants, she focuses on developing ways to support the continued evolution of their workplaces and their business objectives. This in turn ensures leasing strategies are executed and proforma goals are exceeded by effectively marketing the product of these efforts to prospects.
Sara brings to her role a wealth of experience from a tenured brokerage career in various senior and management positions at CBRE, MB Real Estate and Grubb & Ellis. Prior to joining CCP, she led a team handling over 11 million square feet of leasing assignments at CBRE including the 1.1 million square feet preleasing effort at the Bank of America Tower development, 110 N. Wacker in Chicago, which CCP now owns.
Greg is President of our U.S. Office operating group, where he is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day operations of the office portfolio. Prior to that, Greg successfully led our Mid-Atlantic office team, which includes the Washington, D.C. area, for over 13 years.
Barry Sternlicht is Chairman & CEO of Starwood Capital Group, the private alternative investment firm he formed in 1991 that is focused on global real estate, hotel management, oil and gas, and energy infrastructure. Mr. Sternlicht also serves as Chairman of Starwood Property Trust (NYSE: STWD), a leading diversified finance company, as well as Senior Advisor of Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH), the largest publicly traded investor, owner and operator of single-family homes in the U.S.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Columbia Property Trust, Adam Frazier is responsible for the Company’s overall business strategy, capital allocation, operations, and the performance of its portfolio of investments.
Mr. Frazier has two decades of experience in real estate asset management, development, and investments. Prior to joining Columbia in 2022, he served for eight years as Vice President at Oxford Properties, most recently as Head of New York.

Theodore Koltis is the Executive Vice President of commercial leasing for Moinian’s entire
commercial real estate portfolio. The Moinian Group currently operates more than 10 million
square feet of office and retail properties in New York City, Miami, Los Angeles, and Dallas and comprises several high-profile commercial properties under development in its portfolio, including 3 Hudson Boulevard, the 1.9 million-sf office tower under development in the heart of the Hudson Yards District and 220 11th Avenue, a 200,000 square foot boutique office building in the Chelsea Arts district.
Throughout his 25-year career, he has represented landlords and tenants, having arranged or advised on more than 30 million square feet of real estate transactions valued in excess of $10.5 billion.
Bob Sulentic has been President & Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Group, Inc. since December 2012. CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, with 2022 revenues of $30.8 billion and approximately 115,000 employees serving clients in more than 100 countries.

Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Sulentic served as President of CBRE, with responsibility for all business segments. In addition, he served as the company's Chief Financial Officer in 2009, during the depth of the global financial crisis. Earlier, Mr. Sulentic served as Group President for CBRE’s EMEA, Asia Pacific, and Development Services businesses.
Mr. Sulentic began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company in 1984 as an Industrial Leasing Agent in Houston, Texas. Throughout the next 23 years he served in various leadership positions, including Project Partner, Divisional Partner, Managing Director and CFO. Mr. Sulentic was elected President and CEO of Trammell Crow Company in October 2000, and he became Chairman of the Board in April 2002. He served in those roles when Trammell Crow Company merged with CBRE in late 2006.
Mr. Sulentic is a member of the CBRE Group, Inc. Board of Directors. He also served as the independent Chairman of the Board of Staples, Inc. until its acquisition by Sycamore Partners, a private equity firm, in September 2017.
Mr. Sulentic received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Computer Science from Iowa State University. Mr. Sulentic founded and chairs a private foundation that supports various charitable endeavors by providing direct grants to third-party organizations as well as executing its own initiatives.
Andrew Yoon is a Managing Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at BentallGreenOak responsible for day-to-day operations of the global business. In this role, Andrew leads a team of executives responsible for the firm’s human resources, information technology, new products and innovation, M&A and change management activity, PR & communications, marketing, and corporate philanthropy. Andrew is a member of the Firm’s management committee and investment committees for various Firm managed funds.
Andrew was a Partner and served as Chief Operating Officer at GreenOak Real Estate, a predecessor firm to BentallGreenOak, since its inception in 2010. Prior to joining GreenOak, he was a managing director, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer for Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing in Asia. Andrew was responsible for capital markets and strategic business growth during his tenure in Asia from 2001 through 2010. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Andrew worked as an investment banker in leveraged finance at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette/Credit Suisse.
Joe Doran joined Tishman Speyer in 2006 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is also a member of the Investment, ESG, and Compensation Committees. Joe also works closely with Portfolio Management to oversee Tishman Speyer’s balance sheet investments and with the Proptech team to manage the Proptech Venture Fund. Additionally, Joe provides oversight for the firm’s activities in the Boston region and its worldwide Accounting, Tax, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Corporate Finance and Procurement functions. Joe serves on the board of Breakthrough Properties, Tishman Speyer’s life sciences platform.
Patrick Mealy is Director of Office Leasing at Jamestown. Mr. Mealy is responsible for the development and growth of existing and new office relationships and ensuring that the experience of partnering with Jamestown is consistent across every market. Prior to joining Jamestown in 2021, Mr. Mealy was a Director of Enterprise Sales at WeWork. During his three years at WeWork, he helped refine its enterprise offering and led a team responsible for the development and growth of multi-market partnerships with several Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Mealy began his real estate career as a Tenant and Landlord Representative at Cushman & Wakefield in its New York office. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina.
Jonathan joined Sage in 2010 as the fourth generation of the Kaufman family and became CEO in 2014. He develops, implements, and oversees Sage’s corporate strategy, operating strategy, and investment initiatives and provides leadership and guidance to all departments across the organization. His mission is to create value for all stakeholders.
Prior to joining Sage, Jonathan served as Vice President at P&L Investments, LLC, a boutique real estate investment and asset management firm, and was founder and CEO of UrbanGradRealty, a boutique residential brokerage company that focused on the recent college graduate submarket.
Russell Young serves as Executive Vice President, Investment Management Group at RXR Realty. Mr. Young is the co-head of the Investment Management Group and is responsible for executing on new investments at the firm including sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and closing of transactions. Mr. Young manages investment activity across multiple strategies, product types and geographies on behalf of RXR’s discretionary funds and separate account relationships. Mr. Young also participates in fundraising initiatives for the company, including joint-ventures and co-investments, as well as significant asset management objectives. Since joining RXR in 2010, Mr. Young has been involved in over $17.0 billion of investment activity at the firm. Mr. Young holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University and is involved in various non-profit causes.
Rob Naso is a Managing Partner and Head of U.S. Asset Management for BentallGreenOak. In this role, Rob is responsible for working with the investment and asset management teams on the business plan execution activities of all real estate holdings across the US portfolios.
Rob has 28 years of institutional real estate experience throughout the United States, including a 13-year period based in Asia where he worked across the region and lived in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore. Rob’s broad experience has covered acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, capital markets, and capital raising/investor relations while managing both hard assets and entity-level investments. Rob’s property type exposure has been incredibly diverse with past responsibilities including asset level and OpCo/PropCo interests with both equity interest and mezzanine lending asset management oversight. Rob’s previous work experience includes his role as founder and managing director at Green Bridge Asia Capital in 2012 and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing in 2002, where he was also Head of Asset Management for Asia-Pacific. Prior to that, Rob spent 10 years with Prudential Real Estate Investors involved in both asset and portfolio management.
Rob is currently a Non-Executive member of the Board of Directors for GreenFort Capital, a Brisbane Australia based development company. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Scranton and has an MBA from New York University.
Michael C. Kirby is a Managing Director and Head of Investment Management for North America at Invesco Real Estate. Michael oversees all Asset Management activities in the US for Invesco’s real estate investment portfolio. He serves on Invesco’s North American Direct Real Estate Management Committee and has served as a member of Invesco Real Estate’s North American Executive Committee since 2003 and as a member of the Invesco Real Estate Equity Investment Committee since 1998. In addition, he is currently a member of the Investment Strategy Group and the Credit Investments Investment Committee.
Michael is also responsible for Invesco’s ESG program in the US and is a member of IRE’s Global ESG Committee. Michael began his investment career in 1984 and joined Invesco Real Estate in 1993. Prior to joining Invesco, Michael held various positions in commercial real estate management.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Property Manager® (CPM) and has served on the Executive Council of the Dallas Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Melissa Cosgrove Donohoe is a founder of Cannon Hill Capital Partners and serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and member of its Investment Committee. In this role, Melissa oversees many aspects of the firm’s operations including private capital formation, strategic business initiatives/corporate strategy, investor relations and portfolio management, and internal management of the CHCP platforms

Prior to Cannon Hill, Melissa served as Senior Vice President of Private Investor Relations at Columbia Property Trust, a firm she joined in 2020 when Normandy Real Estate Partners was acquired by Columbia. At Normandy, Melissa served as Head of Investor Relations where she was responsible for capital raising and investor relations for a series of closed-end, discretionary value-add investment funds, separate accounts, and joint ventures. Prior to Normandy, she held positions with Ares Management as well as Deutsche Bank Securities in commercial real estate equity and debt origination positions. Melissa graduated cum laude from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting.
